Easy Breakfast Soaked Oats
This is an easy delicious breakfast that everyone loves! It honestly takes only a few minutes to make and it’s a fun activity to do with your family. You can have all the ingredients out and let everyone make their own the night before! Then come morning time, everyone will have a delicious, healthy breakfast!
- ½ cup rolled oats
- 2 Tble chia seeds
- ½ tsp Himalayan sea salt
- ½ tsp vanilla powder
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- ½ tsp nutmeg
- 1 cup nut milk of choice
DIRECTIONS:
Put everything in 16oz mason jar. Shake until mixed well. Place in refrigerator for at least 6 hours. Grab a spoon and enjoy! Easiest, most delicious breakfast ever!
Additional ingredients you can add or use as toppings:
- Fresh fruit
- Almond butter (or any nut or seed butter)
- Raw honey, maple syrup or agave (only needed for those that desire extra sweetness) Typically milk will be your sweetener.
- Granola
- Coconut flakes
- Nuts and seeds
- Cacao nibs
- Flax meal
