Miso Ginger Dressing
Delightful Miso Ginger dressing adds zest to veggies. Perfect for slaws, sushi, salads, and Asian dishes. Elevate your meals with this versatile sauce.
INGREDIENTS:
- ¼ cup olive oil, hemp or coconut
- 1 tsp maple syrup or sweetener of choice
- ¼ cup of rice vinegar
- 3 Tbsp mild white miso
- 1 Tbsp toasted sesame oil
- 1-inch long piece fresh ginger, cut into smaller pieces
- Salt to taste
- freshly ground black pepper to taste
DIRECTIONS:
- Put all ingredients except salt and pepper into a blender and pulse a few times. The mixture can be chunky or blend more for a smooth consistency. Taste and add salt and pepper to taste.
